We collect and use your Personal Information as necessary to enable us to communicate with you. 

The optional information of your employment details (e.g Department and location at time of membership application or retirement) is to help us group our members into areas of common interest (for example, when arranging seating at an event)

We will only hold your Personal Information on our systems for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, or until you request that the information be deleted in accordance with your right of erasure. We do not retain your information if you are no longer a member of the Association.

Membership information is only available to Association committe members. If we are required to disclose membership information to a third party for a specific event (for example, a list of attendees) we will only do so with your explicit consent.
